1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Altapatch, operated by Altacap ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using Altapatch, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Custom Products

All products are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Please review your designs carefully before placing an order.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on quantity ordered.

3.3 Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of designs and logos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for fulfilling your order. You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload.

4.2 Our Content

The Altapatch platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user uploads), is owned by Altacap and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Production time is 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns of custom items for buyer's remorse. We will replace or refund custom orders if there is a defect or error on our part; claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Ready-to-ship (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
• Resell our products without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altacap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altacap from any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Altacap operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
